Ingredients:
500g Chicken Breast, Thinly Sliced
3 tbsp Peanut Oil (Olive Oil can be used instead)
1 bunch of Broccolini
1 Carrot, Thinly Sliced
4 tbsp of Cravings Caramelised Onion Relish
1 tbsp Cracked Black Peppercorns
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
30ml Light Soy (Optional)
50g of crushed peanuts (Optional)
- Cut the Broccolini into small pieces. Slice the Carrot into thick, diagonal pieces.
- Heat half the Oil in a wok or large saucepan until medium-hot heat. Add the chicken in batches and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Broccolini, Carrot slices, Cravings Caramelised Onion Relish, Oyster sauce and toss for a further 3 minutes until vegetables are cooked but firm.
- Stir through the crushed Peppercorns (adjust to taste).
- Add Soy sauce, stir and serve hot with Steamed Thai Jasmine Rice.
